The program clarifies that pharmacy charges for prescriptions follow pharmacy refund and return policies, which vary by pharmacy and by whether the medication is controlled, compounded, or a specialty product, so refunds for medication purchases are handled by the dispensing pharmacy according to its own policies.Sesame Care for Weight Loss Inspiring Customer Reviews The program uses a subscription model where the care fee is billed either month-to-month on a 28-day cycle or as an annual subscription with a lower monthly equivalent, and medication purchases are billed separately at the pharmacy or through home delivery services; the platform’s patient portal displays billing details, upcoming charges, and refill authorizations. Sesame Care for Weight Loss provides guidance within the app and via messaging about how many days’ supply a prescription represents and when to request a refill; since the program works with pharmacies, standard pharmacy labeling will indicate exact dosing, timing, and route based on the prescribing clinician’s order, and the patient’s provider remains available through messaging and video follow-ups to discuss schedule adjustments or administrative questions about timing and refills.
